I had the good fortune to be at PAX East 2012. After waiting in line for two hours, I was given a choice of three versions of the demo to play: PC, Xbox and PS3. I chose the PC version as I had played the two previous games on PC, and was more used to playing a FPS using keyboard and mouse.

Singapore, 27 March 2012- Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong Limited (SCEH) today announced that PlayStation®Vita (PS Vita) 3G/Wi-Fi model is confirmed to be released in Singapore on 14 April, 2012 at a Suggested Retail Price of SGD 469 and Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel) will be the exclusive “preferred mobile operator” to provide mobile connectivity service in Singapore for PlayStation®Vita (PS Vita). SingTel will offer it with a selection of mobile broadband plans. PS Vita 3G/Wi-Fi model will also be available at PlayStation authorized dealers.
SCEH will also release PS Vita (3G/Wi-Fi model) Value Pack “UNCHARTED: Golden Abyss (Chi & Eng Version)” at a Suggested Retail Price of SGD 569.
Customers can begin pre-ordering from 28 March at designated PlayStation Partner Shops (included Sony Store, HMV and Game Shops), SingTel shops and SingTel’s authorized dealers and get the special premium: Original designed SGD20 PSN voucher card.
Pre-order will also be available online at www.singtel.com/PSVita.

The plastic wrapping around a video game box is more than just a protection against scratches. It is often used as the litmus test for the virginity of a video game. Sealed games are accepted to be new, while unsealed games are dubious.
We thank our customers for believing us when we told them two of our recent releases though unsealed, are brand new. We sell new games, we sell used games, but we never pass off used as new.
We previously explained the lack of seal to be “act of supplier”. We apologize, but this is just half the truth.

Customers LOVE our chatbox, it is fast and convenient. We have at least one dedicated moderator on the chat box daily between 10am to 1am daily to ensure the best service for customers. However, our chat box has its limitation and we hope to have our customers’ understanding on this.

We made a mistake between 21/2/12 to 26/2/12 in our sale of PS Vita. We have previously proposed some solutions in our Facebook entry.
We thank customers for their trust. For those going for the in house warranty, you won’t be disappointed. For those waiting for the exchange, we are working hard to secure Sony Singapore warrantied sets. We want to correct our mistake by offering you a true Sony Singapore warrantied set at the price you had paid. We did not think you wanted a refund only to pay $34-$40 more for a local warrantied set. However, we know we can’t speak for all customers, thus the request for customers to email admin@qisahn.com if our proposals were not what you want.

Update 21/3/12: It has been 21 days since we last made a major change to our shipping policy. Alas, DHL Globalmail did not go as well as we hoped it would be. We will be restoring Pos Laju services.
This has been a confusing 2 week for our Malaysian customers. We used to offer delivery via Pos Laju every Monday and Thursday. However, we had to abruptly discontinue to the service this week as our old service provider has raised their prices.. significantly.

We have received numerous complains that our PS Vita’s warranty cannot be registered. Accurate as of writing, our sets indeed cannot go through online registration. We advertise our PS Vitas as warrantied by Sony Singapore and we expect just that. For every customer wanting to buy a PS Vita in store from us, we tell you upfront in store the registration process is only available in 30 days.
