This time round it appears that the partnership with the real-deal Blizzard dudes have paid off.

Compared to the previous “the-game-name-that-no-one-should-utter” game, we can pretty much expect things to get even better in the coming months. Support wise, with the full muscle and backing of Blizzard, the path to greatness could very well be paved.

Remember, US BNET in 60 days!

I for one remember the horrendous queue at The Burning Crusade launch event. And to think that time the only item that was given out was only the box set. This launch event in comparison was far more organized. Everything went into turbo overdrive by 4.30 p.m.

Okay enough grumbling, on with the good stuff! Let’s take a look at what the fellow fans who braved the Sun and persisted in getting their goody bags got a hold off.

There are 2 types of visitors at E3. The media and the industry affiliates. Sadly, we registered as industry affiliates as we are clearly more about selling rather than blogging.

That was a huge mistake.

Media people get access to more areas in E3 and can skip queues to test demos To my surprise, most people with media passes have only a compact camera on them. We should have gone in with a media pass. With my photographer friend and his huge s camera, we could have easily passed off as an awesome game blog in the arena.

But if we compare, we are like flies to the real media companies.

Rockband locked their booth on the first day, probably for the media people…
