We have very reliable info that Sony’s new IP would hit Asia up to a month later than its American counterpart.

This means a few things: Plenty of imports and plenty of time for potential buyers to truly assess if the game is really worth shelling out the cash for it.

I was wondering why a listing of the game did not appear on the Asia.Playstation site.

In terms of raking in the sales, it could go both ways for Sony. If it does really well (reviews are pretty good at the moment), this title would be the first casualty to really capture the market and maybe even hardware sales as we are not entering the school holidays in Singapore. But, that’s a stretch, not a very big marketing campaign to promote the product in the past few months. If the game does badly (highly unlikely), the fallout is obvious. But which first person title in the history of gaming ever failed?

Like with most R1 games, they usually cost a fair bit higher than a local release.

Remember, you heard it first from us! Do share this piece of news with your friends who are waiting patiently for this game.

Preorder customers – No worries we have enough copies to go around and abit to share for non-preorders. Hopefully it would not take too long to hit our shores.
