Its allows ppl who preorder and paid deposit longer time to collect. Some ppl like me don't like to wait for things in the mail box. Acts as dis-incentive for ppl who anyhow pre-order. I pre-ordered and didnt collect once before and felt quite bad. Now at least if i change my mind even though i paid deposit Qisahn will still get a little compensation for their trouble.
