She possesses excellent product knowledge and is definitely customer-oriented! Was particularly impressed with the meticulous effort displayed by this young lady as she went through every_ single detail of checking the contents of the PS3 and ensuring every detail is not left out.

Despite my constant intrusions with my silly jokes and questions to the conversation between my friend and her. She handled the situation and received us with her warm smile as always.

She even went to the extra mile and checked through the_ receipt of purchase with my friend to tally and ensure all the sums were correct! Though i believe it is only protocol to go through every component before purchase infront of the customer.

Her consistent patience displayed is indeed a rare virtue in Singapore's context of Customer Service!

Hence, I would like to take this chance and urge the company to allow me and award special dedication and credits to Qing which attended to me and my friends last nite on the 280109.
