If your device can’t be repaired 

• If it is under store warranty, a replacement set will be given to you
• If not, your device will be returned and you will not be charged.

Steam Deck - Analog Stick - S$95

If your Steam Deck's analog is drifting, an analog replacement is required. 

Steam Deck - Button Replacement - S$85

If your Steam Deck's buttons are not working/unresponsive, button replacement is required.

Steam Deck - LCD - S$230

If your Steam Deck's screen has cracked or having issues such as no display but there are sounds, an LCD repair is required.

Steam Deck - Charging Port - S$240

If your Steam Deck has issues with charging properly, then a charging port repair is required.

Steam Deck - Motherboard - S$250

If your Steam Deck is not starting up properly such as being stuck on the loading screen after being switched on, it is likely a motherboard issue. For motherboard repairs, do assume that saved data will be wiped.

Steam Deck - Battery Replacement - S$195

If you are experiencing your Steam Deck's battery running out too fast or not holding a charge, a battery replacement is required.
