All Joy-Cons that come with your switch console will come with 12 months warranty. Should your set be a local set, please go to Maxsoft. If not, please send us a video or images supporting the issue via https://qisahn.com/contact_us and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an update to repair your joy-cons.

If your joy-cons can’t be repaired 

• and it is under store warranty, a replacement pair will be given to you
• If not, your controller will be returned and you will not be charged.

Joy-Con - Analog Stick - S$15

If your joy-cons are drifting, an analog replacement is required.  
They are $15 per side. We provide on-the-spot repair and it will take 30 minutes Or 1 day if in-house technician isn't available on that day.

Joy-Con - Rail - S$50

If your joy-cons are not pairing with your Switch, or your SL and SR buttons are not working, on-the-spot repair will take 30 minutes Or 1 day if in-house technician isn't available on that day.

Joy-Con - Motherboard - S$60

If your joy-con is unresponsive or has been damaged by water, a motherboard replacement is required. On-the-spot repair takes around 45-60 minutes.

Joy-Con - Battery Replacement - S$40

If you are experiencing your joy-cons having weak battery which is running out too fast or is unable to charge, our on-the-spot repair will take 20-30 minutes.
