If you'll like us to diagnose the issue for you remotely, please email videos or images of the issue. Otherwise, simply head to our store for us to better assist you.
Repair prices are as per quoted and repairs cannot be cancelled once we accept the console/accessory. If in the unfortunate event that the repair cost is higher than quoted, for example due to wrong diagnosis, customer will be contacted for either top up of repair fee or cancellation of repair with full refund.
We use original parts only. If no original part is available, you will be contacted.
All data should be backed up before sending in for repair no matter what's the issue.
All repairs come with 1 month warranty.
Repair will take 3-4 weeks to complete.
