All Pro Controllers will come with 1 year warranty. Should your set be a local set, please go to Maxsoft.

For general repairs or if your console is under store warranty, and you'll like us to diagnose the issue for you remotely, please email videos or images of the issue. Otherwise, simply head to our store for us to better assist you.

Repair prices are as per quoted and repairs cannot be cancelled once we accept the console/accessory. If in the unfortunate event that the repair cost is higher than quoted, for example due to wrong diagnosis, customer will be contacted for either top up of repair fee or cancellation of repair with full refund.

We use original parts only. If no original part is available, you will be contacted.

If your controller cannot be repaired 

• and it is under store warranty, a replacement set will be given to you
• If not, your console will be returned and you will not be charged.

All repairs come with 1 month warranty.
