My Self Defense Coach

My Self Defence Coach enables players to develop and form self confidence skills that we need to use when facing troublesome scenarios and situations. It offers a selection of ways to protect and defend yourself from various forms of physical assault. My Self Defence Coach combines everything from fitness workout, right through to self defence skills. Kinect’s tracking technology provides and offers immediate feedback on your movements, helping to show players the basic forms of self defence. All the skills are taught by an experienced real-life self defence coach. My Self Defence Coach also incorporates meditative forms of exercise, a collection of relaxing Tai Chi exercises and how to remain calm and composed in stressful siutations.
